NCLB - Section 9524
 
The District has no policy which prevents or denies participation in constitutionally protected prayer in schools.
 
NCLB - Section 9525
 
The District offers same facilities access to organizations such as the Boy Scouts.
 
NCLB- Title I
 
All Parents of children in a Title I buidings (Wait and Campus) have the right to request information about the qualifications of all their children's teachers and instructional aides.
 
NCLB - LEP
 
Any parent or guardian of children in Streetsboro City Schools who are limited English proficient can get special services by contacting the Building Principal.
 
Complaint Resolution Policy
In order to initiate a complaint with the ODE that a school district or the ODE has violated State law or regulations, or Federal law or regulations that apply to any covered federal program a complainant must submit a written, signed complain that:  1) describes the pertinent facts; 2) identifies the alleged violations of the law; and 3) recommends how the complainant  would have the ODE resolve the complaint.  Complainants include any; public agencies, parents and other individual or organizations.  The ODE will strive to resolve all complaints within 60 days of receipt.
