This website is mostly designed for P.E. teachers to use as a research tool. However, there are some really great articles to learn about what it's like to be a Physical Educator. Please take some time to browse through PECentral's "TOP WEB SITES" list for some cool student sites. Once you click on "TOP WEB SITES", you must then click on "KID SITES."

2. Ohio Association for Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance
OAHPERD is our state Physical Education association that holds annual conventions for its members. This website contains information about various P.E. and health-related issues under "LEGISLATIVE UPDATE."

3. American Alliance for Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance
AAHPERD is our national Physical Education alliance that holds annual conventions for its members. This website contains a variety of articles about P.E. and health-related issues from its homepage. You may also look at several other P.E. related organizations such as the National Association for Sport and Physical Activity (NASPE).

4. PE4Life
This website has some interesting research information and statistics about health issues of both students and adults. There are many shocking articles that describe how important Physical Education and exercise is to your body.

5. American Heart Association
This is an amazing website to learn about heart disease, America's number one killer! This site includes information such as warning signs, diseases, health tips, stories, etc. Please think about your health habits as you browse this site.

6. Juggling Store
This a great place to shop online for a variety of juggling equipment. This store has a wide variety of juggling equipment to meet the needs of both beginner and advanced jugglers.

7. Speedstacks
This is an interesting website that explains and demonstrates the sport of cupstacking. Cupstacking is a relatively new activity that was introduced during our Physical Education classes and can be incorporated into a variety of relay races.
