The Streetsboro City School District Board of Education will hold a special meeting and public hearing at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at Defer Intermediate School, 1895 Annalane Drive, Streetsboro, Ohio. The purpose of the special meeting and public hearing is to receive community comment concerning a proposed real estate exchange transaction. The exchange involves approximately 98 acres owned by the Board of Education on State Route 43 for approximately 125 acres owned by the Streetsboro Land Group on State Route 14. The Board of Education, at its sole discretion, may take official actions on this matter during this public hearing and special meeting.

Maps and information will be available for public review in the Defer Intermediate School cafeteria from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. School officials also will be present and available to respond informally to inquiries about the transaction.
